My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered excellent views of the ocean and Surfers Paradise, but some maintenance issues like a faulty deadbolt and missing light fitting were noticeable. The service was quite helpful during my stay, even reimbursing some expenses, though more attention to furniture and equipment is needed. The location was fantastic, being close to the beach and various dining options. Dining in the room was pleasant, and the facilities met basic needs, yet more could be desired.

The hotel is in a perfect location right on the Esplanade close to patrolled beaches and relatively good shopping. The rooms are bright, airy, and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for families. The service, however, lacked friendliness and attention to detail, affecting our stay. The dining experience was average, with limited options. Despite some drawbacks, the value for money is decent considering the location.
